Registered online fir 8 months back under section 420 cheating

I have applied and got anticipatery bail from high court and suppose if that bail will cancel means what will happen and how I will face police. It's completely false case and political angel is there

anticipatory bail doesn't get cancelled until unless there are valid reasons for dismissal. it rarely happens. if anticipatory bail gets cancelled you can file quash of FIR in high court that the case is registered falsely upon you

If anticipatory bail is rejected by the court, it does not mean that you are automatically guilty. It only means the court has not granted protection from arrest at that stage. In such a situation, the police may proceed according to the law and may arrest you during the investigation. You should cooperate with the investigation and avoid absconding. After arrest, you have the right to apply for regular bail before the magistrate or Session Court. Your advocate can also request the court for early consideration of bail depending upon the facts of the case. It is advisable to remain in contact with your advocate and take necessary legal steps to protect your rights during the investigation.
