Regarding invoking section 279
21-Aug-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Dear Sir,
the person had committed following crimes:-
1. Wrong Turn
2. Not having Driving license
The police has invoked following section:-
MVA 184,3(1)181
IPC 279
Can you please tell if the above invocation by the police is correct or not ? Can a lawyer help to remove IPC 279 invocation ? This is because IPC 279 makes you a criminal. The career gets spoiled as government job is not got and passport is also difficult to get.
