Quashing Petition in High Court under Sec 482 of CrPC

I have been made an accused in a Fraudulent Cheque Bounce Case (Sec 138 NI Act) of Rs.15,000 only along with my MotherAlthough the fact is that the Cheque was issued and signed by my Mother only from her Single Holder Account. nnSince I have not signed the Cheque and also not an Account Holder of the Cheque in Question, nn1) Can I file a Writ Petition under Sec 482 of CrPC in High Court? Will I get Relief? nn2) What is the Process to File such Petition at Kolkata (Calcutta) High Court?nn3) Total Legal Expenses (Lawyer's Fees) for Filing and Appearing for such Petition at Kolkata (Calcutta) High Court?

it seems you have an arguable case to get the FIR quashed. the fees for filing this case would be 20000/- if it's me who would handle your case. the appearance fees would be 5000/- in this case per appearance. clerkage is 10% extra in every case.

sir instead of approaching high court directly, you should first approach the lower court by moving an application of discharge if the charge has not been framed.. then whatever order comes can be challenged in the sessions court.. and later high court..and if order comes in your favor then court will acquit u then n there.. for further clarification contact me
