Two case lodged for same cause of action in two different court. It was a job fraud case. I have made an settlement with Complainant. Kindly guide me to quash case. There are 4 co - accused in this case. Chargesheet was filed on 2017.My phone no - 9051448382

Since two cases have been filed for the same cause of action and you have already settled with the complainant, you can file a petition under Section 482 of the CrPC before the High Court to quash the case.
