The accused went abroad when judgement is ready. He is not responding to repeated NBW. Can court pronounce judgement in the absence of the accused?

No..there is no legal provision to deliver the judgement without the absence of the accused in criminal case and the court should also close the NBW before the judgment..but sometimes the court deems fit to deliver the judgement it deliver and forward the same to foreign court to execute the order
