Procedure to file defamation suit against disciplinary authority

I was given compulsory retirement by disciplinary authority on 15 01 15.The CAT has quashed the said order with all consequential benefits citing bais,malafide,and without competency.Office approach to high court and still subjudice.If the case goes in my favour,can I file harassment/defamation against disciplinary authority pl guide. With regards
At best You can claim compensation against the department for suffering if their any mala fide motive . Enquiries are official procedure and right of the authorities to make enquiries as and when needed.

If the order passed by the appellate court in your favor and when you will free from all charges ,then you can file defamation case against those who are intentionally harassed you and defame your reputation and dignity.so also they are liable for your psychical,mental and financial loss.
