Procedure to file case against woman having an affair with husband

My husband having affair since 5 year with a women and also living happily with me . he want to leave her but the girl is not leaving him .she is giving mental and emotional torture to me and my husband. How can i complaint against her
Under Section 497 of the Indian Penal Code, “Whoever has sexual intercourse with a person who is and whom he knows, or has reason to believe to be the wife of another man, without the consent or connivance of that man, such sexual intercourse not amounting to the offence of rape, is guilty of the offence of adultery. You have to make a complaint against your Husband under section 497 as per your description (query), and question of that lady you can also make a complaint against her at the same time.
