Procedure further after filing the charge sheet in court in 420 case.

Sir My friend got a letter saying intimation of chargesheet filling by cbi in a cheating case....he is innocent...we want to know now what is to be done..do we have to go to court during chargesheet filling..or will he get another letter asking to come to court for hearing.. Sir plz guide us
The charge sheet will be filed by the CBI in the CBI court and then when the charge sheet will be accepted your friend will be summoned to appear before the court and as and when he appears he will have to obtain a bail.
Also, if his statements have not been recorded then it is advised that you go to the police and record your statements.
