Police Clearance Certificate after compounding of a criminal case

Hi, if a criminal case against someone has been closed in Lok Adalat by compromise (compounding), what will be its effect on PCC for visa and immigration process? Will the PCC still reflect the criminal record even if case has been closed and compounded? Case was registered u/s 417 & 447.
Since both of the offences are of bailable nature and the compounding has been done then the PCC certificate will show disposed off OR compounded. You can successfully apply for visa. PCC reflects for any ongoing cases. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
