Section 185 IPC refers to an illegal purchase or bid for property offered for sale by authority of public servant and therefore it is doubtful that you have been charged under that section. It is more likely to be Section 186 IPC which deals with obstructing public servant in discharge of public functions instead of Section 185 IPC. You will need to appear before the court on a given date and post bail. Thereafter you will need to defend the case or enter into a plea bargain.
