Police caught me drinking in a bar and filled section 370, what to do


19-Dec-2023 (In Criminal Law)
370 IPC, got couch by a police while drinking in a bar . They just put this 370 dont know why. Any info or help. Thanks.

First go to police station and get copies of the case. After that you will get what exactly happened and after that some advocate will help you in your matter. Don't panic in this situation we are here to help you .
