Pocso case was closed but rowdy sheet not closed

In 2016 pocso case filed, and then police open rowdy sheet, In 2019 case was closed, by srikakulam adj court, But rowdy sheet not close till date, it's completed 5 years above, Whats the process of rowdy sheet closing

Since your POCSO case was already closed in 2019, you can apply for closure of the rowdy sheet. Submit a written representation to the SP enclosing the court’s closure order. If police don’t act, you can approach the High Court through a writ petition to direct them to remove your name from the rowdy sheet. I can help you for petition
