Physical and mental abuse by uncle

Sir Iam a 29year old girl daughter of ex ARMY OFFICER and my problem is that me and my family are going through hell due to none other than my uncle who stays next to me.He continuously abusing us mentally and physically and since he is the elder brother of my father till now we ignored but their harrasment is taking me into deep depression
