Phone recordings and chats are considered as evidence in court

03-May-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I was with a girl around 3 years ago. Since then we have no contact. Now when we were together we used to talk at night over phone. The chats were quite adultery related. Now since we were together she used to record those chats. Now my question is if i move on can she go for any legal action with those recordings? I was 20 and she was 17 back then.

Yes, voice conversation recording and chats are admissible as an evidence in the court of law as per sec. 65 (a) and Sec. 65 (b) of the Indian Evidence Act.
