Payment made for someone else fraud case filed against me

Can a person file a fraud case under ipc section 120,420,406 against me without anything signed by me that I bought. Or any invoice where my name appear but I didn't signed.in the invoice I haven't my name but other name there.I just made payment through my bank account. Otherwise they don't have any proof that I purchased the goods.the name appears in purchase bill of other person..kindly help me..I don't know good English.
