Parents harassing for paying salary can I file complain?

My dad has been harassing me n my mom frm many yrs. With my uncle's aid i mngd to cmplte my grad and found a job. He has been harassing me for money and abuses my mom if i refuse.He has a well settled business from last 26 yrs. Still he wants me to give him more than half of my sal. He has tkn up a loan without our knowledge and is now not paying the installments. As a result, the loan ppl keep cmng in our bldg and embarass us by yelling. My dad stays out of mumbai as his business is thr. Can i lodge a police complaint agnst my dad?my mom is a housewife. Wht wld b the legal conseqncs?
