order upload issue of 11th August order allowed


18-Aug-2025 (In Criminal Law)
Anticipatory bail order was passed on 11th August 2025 by Gaya District Court but order copy is not uploaded till today at 10 PM 18th August 2025. At ecourt services portal of gaya district court. What is the best solution.is there no time frame to upload the order copy. Kindly help.My advocate is not helpful Regards.sunil Singh

since there was three days holiday in between and some times the e court app does not respond, so it is better to apply for certified copy of the order and not rely on the e court app. You can apply for the certified copy of the order by filing a chirkut at the filing counter. I hope this information may help.
