Order passed in CRP dt. 17.11.2015, regardng false judgment filed

I want to file Criminal Miscellious petition in Civil Revision petition u/sec.340 crpc,filing false affidavit and decree and judgment before High court Telangana, CRP disposed on 17.11.2015, any limitation act may stop my petition or not

1. Yes, you can file CMP in CRP before the same high court and there is no limitation for section 340 CrPC 2. But almost 10 years completed you need to give proper explanation for delay, you must show judgment depended on the false material, prosecution is necessary now to uphold justice.
