one advocate is not returning my money

advocate had grabbed my 40000 rs for my brother case..& he had done nothing for that.. i had contacted him from lawrato plateform. since 2 years he is not returning my money.. kindly help to sue against him.. i want that lawrato plateform should help me

First of all send him a letter asking your money back and then also if he doesn't respond then file a complaint at the District Bar Association in which that advocate is enrolled after that the bar association will take action against that advocate
