Office manager booked tickets on credit now not returning money

Office manager needs a flight ticket, he knows that i have cheap flight ticket, called me & asked for the same, i told u will get it, he told thank u i will pay later okay. I told when u need let me know 24 hrs before, he called me & told before 24 hours. But he has not paid me single rupee, he needs tickets on credit. I am executive, i dont have enough money to book tickets on credit. & i was not able to manage. he calls me and threat me for 42 hours, i will sue u, i tired email other agents to give tickets on credit, he also request email for credit. but no one gave credit. so I m fraud?
