My brother was betten by four persons attachment to marder. Victim is in hospital FIR Lonched, police is not arrested criminals from last 20 days passed. Criminals are applied anticipatory bail. What steps to take to arrest them.
Hi as police is showing lethargic attitude in this case, please hire a lawyer to file objections to the anticipatory bail and to pass orders for immediate arrest of the accused in the case and convict them for the cognizable offence.

Hi... if you know where accused are exactly stay you can inform the same to police before they getting bail and if they getting bail police can't arrest them if police arrest also they can be released on bail on same day.
