Need information regarding sec 419,420r/w,109 IPC

sir, i wrote my friend exam in the year 2009, we both caught and submitted to concerned police station of that college and we both studied from that same college.The case was disposed from the court in the year 2012 as contested Compromise(By the prinipal of the College). now i got the Govt job thru SSC but i didn't mention in the attestation form regarding the case.can any chance of getting the job/saving the job at the time of police verification. pl. give the suggestion as early as possible.
