my elder brother has been in police coustody since 5 july
07-Jul-2026 (In Criminal Law)
he has been charged for drug smuggling with one one another guy,
he went to another city and came back with friend car . and police caught him.
fir says they got information about this car that carrying drugs, they sent their one person as a normal personal to get lift and some distance later police in dress stop them and check them found nothing but when they check car they found drug in back seat, the car is my brother friend . and they arrested both.
there pov also can i tell?
Immediately move the Sessions Court/NDPS Court for bail, obtain the complete police file, and build the case primarily around absence of conscious possession and suspicious manner of recovery.
Since the quantity of contraband is not mentioned , that plays important role for the relief sought.
