my elder brother has been in police coustody since 5 july

he has been charged for drug smuggling with one one another guy, he went to another city and came back with friend car . and police caught him. fir says they got information about this car that carrying drugs, they sent their one person as a normal personal to get lift and some distance later police in dress stop them and check them found nothing but when they check car they found drug in back seat, the car is my brother friend . and they arrested both. there pov also can i tell?

Immediately move the Sessions Court/NDPS Court for bail, obtain the complete police file, and build the case primarily around absence of conscious possession and suspicious manner of recovery. Since the quantity of contraband is not mentioned , that plays important role for the relief sought.

The case has been registered under the NDPS act usually after the arrest person shall be presented before the trial court. The bail provision is available after 1-3 months of arrest. Confidential meeting is required with the arrested person.

apply for the bail,through an advocate,, your brother sitting on a vehicle where drug already has been kept by the owner so he is on the same joint liability as another one., you can apply for the bail through advocate and courts discretion may allow the bail for yours brother ,when drug is found by the police on a single vehicle all riders are the liable to for the drug smuggling. alright all right have a good day and this is this above is the number of the advocate can you can contact with them to take an action against your brothers arrest .
