My brother has taken my properties by threatening me.

Am a Hindu and a widow aged 65 with no kids, my brother threatened me and forcefully made me sign a gift deed for transferring my house in his name. later, he got the house registered in his name. Now he has abandoned me, and has threatened to kill me if I tell about this issue to anyone. However, now I want to file a case and fight for my house.is it possible to get back my house.
first you need to register Criminal Case you concerned police station later you can file for civil suit in to get your property returning back better you need to filr immediatelyboth criminal and civil cases against your brother
