marriage is license to man to have affair after marriage

A married man proposed for marriage to an unmarried girl hiding his marriage and his wife also helps in trap that girl. Man have relationship with girl on behalf of marriage. when girl knew he is already married both husband and wife misguided girl that they both are taking mutual divorce and after that accused man have forcefully relationship with girl and she got pragent then man denied to marriage with girl and court acquitted accused saying that girl is educated.

That girl can procecute that man for rape charges under influence of marriage And by filing an FIR that girl can make punished to that man up to 10 years imprisonment whether regress or simple and there are less chances of aquit that man
