FIR filed against me with Case no. M case no 2 in Khambhat court in 2011. And online status of this case showing that case Disposed and order stating that neither complaintent nor his advice present after several dates of hearing.. Although police issue sumons to me before 3 days ago. Is that case reopned or case is over. Pls. Guide me whether I have to present before court or not. I M very well educated. So request u to help me.
If a summons is issued to you to appear at a particular date, then you will have to appear without any fail to save yourself from any future trouble.
