Legal remedy against false case of adultery

One of my friend have a phone call freindly relatinship with a married women, he didnt tell his original name wnd adress, it is not know to her husband and he also give a hand loan 1000 on her request. Now he harras her and file a case. Is it comes under sec497 of ipc . How to proceed if it comes under sec 497/
The section 497 defines audltery but not any relationship if the sexual consummation between a married women and the third party then only section 497 will be applicable or else you can opt out by filing quash or discharge
