Legal remedies against false case charged u/s 354 of IPC

Sir, if i was not do this type of crime but someone write FIR toward IPC 354 for me so what i do and how can protect myself

In India anyone can file FIR against anyone. Also one can't stop filing & registering of FIR. Since Fir is first step that will either culminate into final report or charge sheet against the charges levied against you. You may influence police to file final report so to close the case in police. Also you may approach high court for quashing of FIR which is very rare these days, until unless you have a strong evidence, alibi etc.
