Lawyer in faridabad, took complete fee 50k for a case from me. After that started neglecting my case and when I complained about this to him he slowly stopped taking my calls, refused to fight case and blocked me from everywhere. What can I do to get my refund ?

Hello, To be frank, there is no direct statutory remedy available to claim a refund in this matter. However, that does not mean you are entirely without recourse. If you genuinely wish to pursue the matter, the proper legal remedy would be to institute a civil recovery suit before the appropriate court of jurisdiction. Through such a suit, you can claim the amount you have paid, along with any interest or damages, if you are able to substantiate your claim with supporting documents and evidence. While this course of action may take some time and involve litigation expenses, it is the only effective remedy available under law for recovering your money.

this is something which is unprofessional. You go and talk to tue lawyer. No need to fight. Talk to the president of the Bar if the lawyer does not listen to your request. This is the process which you can follow
