Job suspension on the ground of adultery

If a married central government male employee lives with an unmarried woman , can it cause him to face job suspension or job dismissal?

Hi, As you are already married and now incase if you are living with an unmarried woman, then it comes under the offence of Adultery. If in case your wife a criminal case on the charges of Adultery, then you may loose job on these charges being proven in the court of law or during the enquiry by police.

Hi... In the strict sense no but on some of the circumstances they can terminate you but they have to give sttong reasons and same reason must be included in theire rules of practice. Other wise it is in natural
