Its Fraud case against a husband

A person was already married and then married to me with fake promises. we were in relationship for 3 years and now he left me stating that a mistake happened and I should leave. He deleted all marriage proofs. i want him to be punished as I am destroyed for his mistake. Please advice how to take this further.
