IPC 498a DP 4 & 6 And Its Impact On Visa Stampings

Hindu, Unconsummsted marriage, Bride was in our home only for 5 days. She raised subject mentioned case on 6 of our family members. She is intentionally harassing us by not coming on the dates given by court. My queries 1. My application for permanent residence for Canada is pending, will this 498a case impacts my abroad traveling plans? 2. If at all my organisation wants to send me on-job to any other country, will this 498a impacts visa stamping process?
no only conviction under section 498a will effect your abord journies and it wont effect or stamping on visas after completion of the sentence period if any sentence is adjudicated so please be advised accordingly
