IPC 153a and 298 matter what to do

Fir filed on my church pastor under IPC 153a and 298. His video uploaded in the social media. Nearly 30 members are at his back side and he gave his speech. Will any thing happened to back 30 members. They have nothing spoken on that video.

when such speech is for rising hatter in religious matters and for not apprehending or stopping would also amount to an offence under section 34 of ipc and even though they have not spoken but they find their allegiance by stepping along with the offender so it would cause effect to 34 ipc

unless, until there is menseria (intention) the people stood behind the pastor are-nothing do with his speech. if the bystanders provoke the pastor to any objectionable speech, then they would be liable for the offences.
mere standing near the pastor wont be an offence.
