In government job or visa criminal background is checked

I am working as pathologist in private lab the report from lab was given as O negative but patient maintained her blood group was O positive.she complained to police and they booked me under 420 IPC.Honourable court said that they find no merit in chargesheet and dismissed the case and said no criminal liability can be fixed as patient provided the report of technician not of doctor and guidelines laid by apex court were not followed court dismissed the case.meanwhile patient died due to natural accident. .can my police background check will be good fr getting govt job or visa or passport.

If the charges have been dismissed by the court and you have not been held responsible for any violation then you will face no problem in your background check for govt. job, visa or passport.
