in ongoing 319 crpc crl mp petition in ongoing cc case mm court The respondents/accused have filed their counter statement to the application , this is after maintainability , merit arguments on petitioner side is over. court has noted that the matter is now at the stage of hearing the petitioner’s side in response to that counter. counter is filed with no evidence just mere denial and misinterpretation of law quoted . hearing of the petitioner’s side enquiry has been postponed. meaning of this

It means: The court has accepted the counter on record Now it wants to give you a fair opportunity to reply/rebut, The hearing is shifted to: Your rejoinder arguments stage So the sequence is now: Your arguments Opposite side counter Your reply to counter (current stage) Court will then reserve/order on 319 application
