what we have to do if someone files a false case under section 503. and what are the procedures for that.
what are procedures if police take us for custody on this false case.
You must first seek bail and then file a case under 482 of CrPC before High Court and pray for quashing the case itself. Or once if the charge sheet is filed then you can file a discharge application in lower court itself.
