1.Submit your grievances at the earliest possible and obtain the acknowledgement. 2.Keep regualr follow up. 3.If not resolved than sent a complaint letter to your bank. 4.Even after completion of 30 days after, than approach District Consumer Form through self or advocate. Dont time for Banking Ombudsman.

If you've sent the amount to the wrong upi ID and the person does not refund it despite requests. You can lodge a formal reversal complaint on the NPCI portal, that will help in the reversal of your amount. For further assistance you may text me.
