If a girl excites a boy and the boy has sex with her in that situation, what can happen to the boy and the boy has proper proof that the girl aroused him?

If both parties freely agreed to have sex, no crime is committed. The fact that the girl “excited” or “aroused” the boy has no legal consequence — arousal isn’t evidence of consent or lack of it. “Proof that she aroused him” doesn’t matter legally unless it’s relevant to consent (e.g., she initiated or willingly participated). If the sex was non-consensual (e.g., she did not agree, was forced, or was unable to consent): This can amount to rape or sexual assault, depending on the jurisdiction. Even if she earlier flirted, kissed, or “excited” him — it does not justify or excuse sex without consent. Having “proof” that she aroused him would not protect the boy legally in such a case

If both individuals are adults and the sexual relationship happens with mutual consent, it is not an offence. However, if there is no consent or the act happens through force, deception, or false promise, it will be considered a crime such as rape or cheating. The argument that “the girl aroused the boy” does not exempt the boy from legal responsibility. For any legal advice, please contact me.
