I want to know how I file the civil suit against the person And how much time the case will solve

civil suit is filed when you seek remedies such as recovery of money, possession of property, injunction (stop someone from doing something), declaration of rights, specific performance of a contract, damages for breach, etc. It is different from a criminal case, which involves offences punishable by the State. There is no fixed statutory time limit for disposal of an ordinary civil suit under the CPC. The time varies widely depending on: Nature and complexity of the case Number of parties and witnesses Court workload and pendency in that particular court/district Cooperation or obstruction by the opposite party Interim applications (injunctions, amendments, etc.) Whether the case is in a commercial court (faster timelines under the Commercial Courts Act, 2015)

you can do it file the civil suit in district court. any persons but I don't know how to nature your suit. so please share your she will suit nature case fact. Mani coverage suit specify suit relief act suit.
