Immediately raise a request for refund or reversal through Airtel’s official customer support channels - Airtel Thanks App, customer care 121, or Airtel website. Mention that the recharge was made to a wrong number by mistake. Whether the refund will be processed depends on if the wrong number is active and if Airtel’s policy allows reversal. Usually if the number is not active, a refund is easier. If the number is active, Airtel may contact that user for consent.
