Hi...if already is f.i.r is done it is the duty of the police to file charge sheet or final report before the court within proscribed time. And in some of the case police have to file charge sheet within sixty or ninety days of filing f.i.r. and after filing the f.i.r you can get it same from the court
Thank you

Hi If Father (government official )dies when criminal case is there related to corruption and case is pending in high court , is there a chance for the daughter to receive Gratuity and PF

Hon'ble Supreme Court has held in a 2013 ruling that gratuity and pension are hard-earned benefits of an employee and the right to receive pension is in the nature of 'property' and this right cannot be taken away from a government employee pending departmental or criminal proceedings. Given the complexity of the situation, it is advisable to seek advice from a lawyer or legal professional who specializes in labour laws or government regulations. They will be able to provide guidance based on the specific laws, regulations, and circumstances involved in the case.
