I have a relationship with a married women last 1 year.but first time she don't know I'm also married.when she know she continues our relationship.but i realised im going wrong way so I try to leave this relationship..but I'm worried if she file a rape case against me.can it come under misconceptions of fact and rape case?? because first time I hide my marriage status and established physical relationship many time with her consent..No marriage proposal has been made
since she has been married all along so your marital status is inconsequential as she had consensual physical intimacy with you. that being the fact situation you shouldn't worry about this aspect.
