I am gay. He cheated me in the name of love and took 25 lakhs from me

We met on a gay app in 2017. He took money from me, promising me love and marriage. He also made me borrow money. Now he says he will file a SC/ST case against me and also file an IP. He even made me drink urine. He even made me vote in his favor. He is completely controlling me and ruining my life. I need justice.
