How to safeguard against fake 304B case

I am staying at Narsapur town along with my wife. My wife's family staying at Indrakaran village. My wife's brother's wife committed suicide by burning with in 3 years of marriage. a false case 304-B IPC was registered against the family members of my wife as well as against me and my wife at Sangareddy session court of Medak district. We are all remanded and now we are on bail. actual cause is illegal contact of deceased with another person. How can we prove it and how can we come out from the case. can i file discharge petition u/s 227 Cr.P.C, is it fruitful or not, please advise.
If you have been made an accused to the same case then you will have to gather all the evidences regarding the said accusations. Yes you can file a discharge petition under section 227 CrPC though it totally depends upon the discretion of the court.
