How to respond to a fake eve teasing case filed by family of girl?

Sir a 15yrs.old girl loves to me and I also loved her.one day her mother seen to us chatting together after then her mother call to police and accused to me that he was eve teasing to my daughter.after then we do compromise .after1 month she call ti me then i call back to her when we talking with herthen his brother seen to her and he informed to her mother and they find to me for beat me and threat to me so I have left my home and now they threating to my family to call him otherwise i will beat to all of you her mother threat to firstly I will beat you badly then accuse in eve teasing case.please give me right advise how i save to himself and family akso.i am innocent sir. Thank you
No need to panic ...u have to give a proper representation to concerned police station of your local jurisdiction and mark the copy to Supritendant Police of your area.
If they dont take any action than you have to approach Concerned court under section 156 Criminal procedure code
