How to get the investigation report copy by the police

I have filed FIR for mobile snatching on 16th May 2017. Police has not done proper investigation and put FR in court. I have some query. 1. Can I get the complete investigation report?. 2. Can I request to reopen the case? 3. Police has not informed me about the FR is it fair? How can I know when my mobile traced last time ? Thanks
