How to close criminal case when you don't want to continue it anymore

09-May-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I had filed 498a case against my ex-husband and in laws in 2008 in Navi Mumbai. I filed for divorce with this basis in 2010 and got decree in 2013. Currently, this 498a case is still not initiated in court. I have got job opportunity in abroad to settle now and don't wish to continue with this 498a case. Also, one more criminal case (sections 302, 326) was filed in 2011 and now this case is in Panvel court since June 2016. I have got No-Cross from Judge. Please let me know how to deal with both situations so I can settle abroad with my job hassle free. Is there a way to withdraw both? Please help me with solution. I have only 1 month to take off.

Yes, you will have to file a petition in the Bombay High Court for quashing the said FIR under section 482 of CrPC.
