How to change date of birth in caste certificates?

dear sir my uncle having 3 children. 1st one and 3rd one dob same. but 2nd dob having 2 dobs. 29-10-1978 in actual dob with muncipal corporation. school certifiactes 29-1-1979. she got govt job. 1st and 2nd are in dob they mentioned sc hindu.but 3rd child christian. one colegue given complaint dob issue. 3rd child mentioned in christian. so u r all belonging into christians. like that petetion filed. 1st one also govt job. but 3rd one all certificates are sc certificates. what we have to do sir, pls suggest me
