how to apply for discharge of case related to section 376

I was in a realationship with my colleague from past 3 yrs. Out of anger she lodhed a complaint on basis of false pretext of marriage. But now she does not want to proceed with the case. We tried for quashing but it was rejected. Can we go for discharge of the case in trial court?
The complainant if turns hostile and refuse in court that she had filed case.
And she has to put withdraw application to the court and seek mediation.

AS YOU HAVE ALREADY GONE FOR QUASHING OF THE FIR THE AND SAME HAS BEEN REJECTED BY THE HON HIGH COURT YOU HAVE BEEN LEFT WITH NO OPTION OTHER THAN TO FACE THE TRIAL AT SESSIONS COURT.
