How long does a 498a case run ?

How long does a 498A case proceed? Within how many dates can the case be closed? What should be the period between two dates? Can the case be elevated to Fast Track Court if the above answers are not satisfactory? If I apply for u/s 205Â CrPC., can I get it for me and my elderly parents? Will it be helpful?

- A> Maintenance and DV cases are running, paying 5k per month (Other Court).
- B> Since I lost my job when OP filed 498A three years ago in June '11, and no one provides a payroll job since my cases are not yet fixed, I roam around for living and part-time jobs/freelancing.
- C> Now I would really like to expedite the process as my savings are nearly exhausted.
- D> I am already 34 years old; more delay in the process will affect my future.
